At 722 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Shacklefords to Burrowsville, moving southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines. These severe storms will be near... Claremont, Toano, Norge, Cabin Point, and Rustic around 725 PM EDT. Williamsburg, Gloucester Courthouse, and College Of William And Mary around 730 PM EDT. Surry, Queens Lake, Jamestown, Scotland, Kings Point, York Terrace, Hayes, and Carver Gardens around 735 PM EDT. Gloucester Point, Grove, Wicomico, and Busch Gardens around 740 PM EDT. Newport News and Virginia Institute For Marine Sciences around 745 PM EDT. Achilles around 750 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include Eltham, Croaker, Lackey, Chippokes State Park, Beulah, Camp Peary, Naxera, Ewell, Poolesville, and Allmondsville.
