Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature's leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.

Pendleton County in eastern West Virginia... Southeastern Grant County in eastern West Virginia... * Until 745 PM EDT. * At 644 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Davis to 14 miles east of Elkins to near Mill Creek, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches to fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as damage homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by downed trees. Localized power outages are possible. Unsecured light objects may become projectiles. * Locations impacted include... Petersburg, Franklin, Rough Run, Brandywine, Upper Tract, Landes, Arthur, Doe Hill, Brushy Run, Riverton, Deer Run, Seymourville, Circleville, Masonville, Ruddle, Cabins, Hopeville, Oak Flat, Dorcas, and Kline Gap.
