HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage to trees and powerlines. * Locations impacted include... Newport News, Hampton, Langley AFB, Seaford, Buckroe Beach, Tabb, Fort Monroe, Grand View, Fox Hill, Phoebus, Langley View, Dare, Messick, Hornsbyville, Harris Grove, and Plum Tree Island Refuge.
