At 1137 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Kaukauna, or 7 miles east of Appleton, moving southeast at 40 mph. THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR FREEDOM. HAZARD...Softball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured. Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs, siding, and vehicles. This severe thunderstorm will be near... Kaukauna, Little Chute, Kimberly, Darboy and Appleton around 1140 AM CDT. Northern Lake Winnebago around 1145 AM CDT. Other locations impacted by the severe thunderstorm include Combined Locks, Wrightstown, Dundas, Holland, Askeaton and Forest Junction.
