* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 7 to 10 feet. * WHERE...Chuuk Coastal Waters. * WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind and surf observations across Chuuk this afternoon show conditions that are hazardous to small craft. Scatterometry from today shows winds between 25 and 30 kt just east of Weno due to Invest 92W. Forecast guidance drastically varies with the evolution of 92W over the coming days, which greatly impacts wind and seas across Chuuk. The Small Craft Advisory may need to be extended with tomorrow's forecast package if 92W remains near Chuuk and continues to organize.
