* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 25 kt with isolated gusts up to 30 kt and seas 6 to 9 feet expected. * WHERE...Pohnpei Coastal Waters. * WHEN...From 3 AM Wednesday to 3 PM ChST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Invest 92W continues to slowly strengthen northwest of Pohnpei. This tropical disturbance will lift northwest over the next 24 hours or so. As this occurs, a burgeoning wind field may develop, with sustained winds or frequent gusts exceeding 22 knots by sunrise Wednesday morning, which could potentially affect the region through Thursday afternoon.
