HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Albemarle Sound, Mashoes, Highway 94 Bridge, Bull Bay/Scuppernong River, The Mouth Of The Perquimans River, Alligator River Bridge, Alligator River, and Edenton.
