For the following areas... S of Cape Lookout NC to Surf City NC out to 20 NM... At 413 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Bogue Inlet to near The Vicinity Of Sneads Ferry Bridge, moving southeast at 15 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Morgan Bay, New River Inlet, The Vicinity Of Highway 24- 17 Bridge, The Vicinity Of Sneads Ferry Bridge, Stones Bay, and Ar355.
