Waters from Surf City NC to Little River Inlet SC from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 800 PM EDT. * At 558 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 14 nm northwest of Surf City to 22 nm north of Holden Beach to 34 nm northwest of Myrtle Beach, moving east at 35 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include...
