For the following areas... Coastal waters from Murrells Inlet to South Santee River SC out 20 NM... At 334 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Georgetown Nearshore Wreck, moving southeast at 5 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and large hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in structural damage. Locations impacted include... East Bank Buoy, Winyah Bay Sea Buoy, C J Davidson Wreck, Georgetown Nearshore Wreck, Georgetown Reef, and Pawleys Island.
