At 703 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 7 NM west of Wappoo Cut to 7 NM east of Betsy Ross Reef, moving east at 20 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Lowcountry Anglers, Kiawah Reef, N.
