For the following areas... Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20 NM... At 304 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Crab Bank, moving northeast at 15 knots. At 233 AM, a Weatherflow station at Fort Sumter reported a peak wind gust of 34 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots. SOURCE...Weather station. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Bull Breakers, Bulls Bay, Capers Island Buoy and Rattlesnake Shoal.
