Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20 NM... * Until 500 PM EDT. * At 301 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 21 NM northwest of Cape Romain Reef to over Castle Pinkney, moving southeast at 15 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Capers Reef, Bull Breakers, Jimmy Leland Tug, Capers Island Buoy, Bulls Bay, Rattlesnake Shoal, Charleston Nearshore Reef, Joe Shuford Reef, Charleston Coastal Anglers, Air Force Reef, Charleston Sixty, Charleston Harbor Entrance, Crab Bank, Castle Pinkney and Wappoo Cut.
