For the following areas... Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20 NM... At 249 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 12 NM northeast of Jimmy Leland Tug to near Bull Breakers, moving east at 20 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Jimmy Leland Tug, Hector Reef, Bull Breakers, Capers Reef and Cape Romain Reef.
