Bulletin details

For the following areas... Waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach out 60 NM... At 218 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from over Cape Romain Reef to 9 NM south of Jimmy Leland Tug, moving northeast at 15 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Hector Reef and Cape Romain Reef.
