At 310 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located near Fripp Island Wreck, moving northeast at 25 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Locations impacted include... Saint Helena Sound and Fripp Inlet Buoy.
