At 847 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Doboy Sound Buoy D, moving south at 5 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Doboy Sound Buoy D, A L T Buoy, D R H Buoy, Altamaha Sound, John Bird, Tug Rio Caroni and Grays Reef Buoy.
