What the bulletin says to do

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... St Simons Island Village, St Simons Sound Buoy 9, Buoy Hlha, St. Simons Island, Jekyll Island, and Buoy F.
