Waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL from 20 to 60 NM excluding the territorial waters of Bahamas... * Until 245 PM EDT. * At 202 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from Sunny Isles to near Cape Florida, moving northeast at 10 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include...
