For the following areas... Coastal Waters from Port Clyde, ME to Cape Elizabeth, ME out 25 NM... Coastal Waters from Stonington, ME to Port Clyde, ME out 25 NM... Penobscot Bay... At 451 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Rockland, moving southeast at 20 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Criehaven, Monhegan, Boothbay, Matinicus, Saint George, Vinalhaven, Camden, Rockport, Rockland, and North Haven.
