Ocean Waters from Provincetown to Nantucket from 20 to 60 NM... Ocean Waters from the Merrimack River to Plymouth from 40 to 60 NM... * Until 1130 PM EDT. * At 1033 PM EDT, a cluster of strong thunderstorms was located over Nantucket sound, moving northeast at 40 knots.
