Bulletin details

For the following areas... Sandy Hook NJ to Moriches Inlet NY out 20 to 60 nm... At 842 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 31 nm SE of Buoy 44025 to 48 nm SE of Shark River Reef, moving NE at 40 kt. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Strong thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.
