What the bulletin says to do

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for central and southern Delaware...and southern New Jersey. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms pass. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater, small hail, high waves, lightning, and heavy rain are expected with these storms. If caught on the open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded metal objects.

SMWPHI The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a * Special Marine Warning for... * Until 645 PM EDT. * At 512 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from Miah Maull Light to 7 nm west of Rehoboth Beach, moving east at 25 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Severe thunderstorms will be near... Rehoboth Beach, Cape Henlopen, Brandywine Shoal Light, and Brown Shoal Light around 520 PM EDT. Overfalls Shoal and East Point around 525 PM EDT. Indian River Inlet Bridge and Cape May Point around 530 PM EDT. Wildwood around 540 PM EDT. Buoy 2ms around 545 PM EDT. Buoy 3fb and Sea Isle City around 555 PM EDT.
