For the following areas... Coastal waters from Manasquan Inlet to Little Egg Inlet NJ out 20 NM... Waters from Manasquan Inlet NJ to Little Egg Inlet NJ from 20 to 60 NM... At 855 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 12 nm east of Barnegat Light Reef to 6 nm southwest of Forked River, moving south at 20 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and large hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in structural damage. Locations impacted include... Ocean Gate, Ship Bottom, Barnegat Light Reef, Forked River, Harvey Cedars, Lavallette, Barnegat Light, North Beach Haven, Garden State North Reef, Seaside Park, Pine Beach, Garden State South Reef, and Beach Haven.
