HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel. Locations impacted include... Parsons Island, Eastern Bay, Greenbury Point, Naval Academy, Sandy Point State Park, Highland Beach, Severn River, Romancoke, Bloody Point Light, Matapeake, Chesapeake Bay Bridge, Thomas Point Light, Shady Side, Mayo, and Annapolis.
