James River from Jamestown to the James River Bridge... * Until midnight EDT. * At 1050 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 28 nm west of Burwell Bay to 11 nm northwest of Cobham Bay, moving southeast at 25 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include...
