Waters from Freeport to Matagorda Ship Channel TX from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 415 PM CDT. * At 320 PM CDT, a cluster of thunderstorms south of Matagorda Bay have shown signs of occasionally producing waterspouts and locally strong winds. These storms are likely to meander in this region over the next hour and are likely to produce additional waterspouts. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE...Radar.
