Galveston Bay... * Until 745 AM CDT. * At 653 AM CDT, a shower was located over Offatts Bayou, or near Galveston Pier 21, moving northeast at 25 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... East Galveston Bay, Galveston Ship Channel, Galveston Bay Entrance, Offatts Bayou, North Jetty, Galveston Pier 21, Trinity Bay, Smith Point, Galveston 150, Galveston Causeway, Rollover Pass, High Island 63, The Texas City Dike, southeastern Galveston Bay, and northeastern West Bay.
