Coastal waters from Pascagoula Mississippi to Stake Island out 20 NM... * Until 945 PM CDT. * At 845 PM CDT, a cluster of severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts was located along a line extending from 23 nm southwest of Farewell Buoy to 27 nm southeast of Chandeleur Sound to 10 nm southeast of Breton Sound, moving southeast at 20 knots.
