Waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 1030 AM CDT. * At 941 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 10 nm southwest of Farewell Buoy, moving west at 15 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small hail. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas.
