Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach out 20 NM... St. Andrews Bay Waterways... Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM... Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 845 PM EDT/745 PM CDT/. * At 643 PM EDT/543 PM CDT/, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from near St. Marks to 14 nm west of Suwannee River, moving northwest at 30 knots.
