Coastal Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola out 20 NM... Coastal waters from Suwannee River to Keaton Beach out 20 NM... Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM... Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM... The thunderstorms have weakened and no longer pose a significant waterspout threat to boaters. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 600 AM EDT/500 AM CDT/ for Big Bend and the Panhandle of Florida...and the adjacent coastal waters.
