Apalachee Bay or Coastal Waters From Keaton Beach to Ochlockonee River Fl out to 20 Nm... * Until 730 PM EDT. * At 526 PM EDT, an outflow boundary was located along a line extending from 44 nm northeast of Marker 24 Barge to 12 nm north of St. Marks, moving south at 20 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets. * Locations impacted include... Marker 24 Barge.
