For the following areas... St. Andrews Bay Waterways... At 245 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 7 nm northeast of Panama City Beach, moving southeast at 15 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets. Locations impacted include... Panama City Beach.
