St. Andrews Bay Waterways... * Until 615 AM CDT. * At 520 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Panama City Beach, moving northeast at 5 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets. * The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
