For the following areas... Coastal Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola out 20 NM... Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach out 20 NM... St. Andrews Bay Waterways... At 830 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 17 nm north of Port St. Joe to 7 nm north of Mexico Beach to 11 nm west of Panama City Beach, moving southeast at 10 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets. Locations impacted include... Panama City Beach, Cape San Blas, Mexico Beach, and Port St. Joe.
