Waters from Suwannee River to Carrabelle FL from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 945 AM EDT. * At 851 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 18 nm east of V Tower. The strong thunderstorm was nearly stationary. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets. * The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
