Tampa Bay waters... * Until 145 PM EDT. * At 1237 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Anna Maria Island to 6 nm southwest of Longboat Key, moving northeast at 20 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets. * Locations impacted include...
