Tampa Bay waters... * Until 500 PM EDT. * At 403 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 16 nm east of Hillsborough Bay to 7 nm east of Tampa Bay to near Terra Ceia Bay, moving west at 15 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets. * Locations impacted include...
