SMWTBW The National Weather Service in Ruskin has issued a * Special Marine Warning for... Charlotte Harbor and Pine Island Sound... Coastal waters from Bonita Beach to Englewood FL out 20 NM... * Until 415 PM EDT. * At 307 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 28 nm east of Don Pedro Island to 20 nm east of Boca Grande to near Sanibel, moving west at 10 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets. * Locations impacted include... Boca Grande, Manasota Key, Palm Island, Cayo Costa Island, North Captiva Island, Don Pedro Island, and Englewood.
