For the following areas... Lake Erie near Buffalo Harbor... The Upper and Lower Niagara River and Buffalo Harbor... At 752 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Lewiston to 6 nm east of Small Boat Harbor, moving northeast at 25 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Small Boat Harbor, Grand Island, Wanakah, Woodlawn Beach, Erie Basin Marina, Athol Springs, and Bayview.
