For the following areas... Lake Erie from Dunkirk to the Buffalo Harbor... The Upper Niagara River and Buffalo Harbor... At 832 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Small Boat Harbor to near Lake Erie Beach, moving east at 15 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Small Boat Harbor, Lake Erie Beach, Wanakah, Woodlawn Beach, Erie Basin Marina, Sturgeon Point, Athol Springs, Bayview, and Sunset Bay.
