For the following areas... Nearshore and Open waters from Reno Beach OH to Avon Point OH... At 103 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Put-In-Bay to 6 nm southeast of Huron, moving east at 30 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Western Vermilion, Huron, Kelleys Island, Avon Point, Lorain Harbor, and Vermilion.
