Nearshore and Open waters from Willowick OH to Conneaut OH... * Until 1030 PM EDT. * At 855 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 35 nm north of Geneva-On-The-Lake to 35 nm north of Fairport Harbor, moving southeast at 30 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to 40 knots, and large hail. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in structural damage. * Locations impacted include...
