Bulletin details

For the following areas... Lake Michigan from North Point Light WI to Winthrop Harbor IL 5 nm off shore to mid lake... At 534 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 34 nm west of South Haven Light, moving south at 30 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
