Bulletin details
The affected areas were... Nearshore Waters from Winthrop Harbor to Northerly Island... Open Waters from Winthrop Harbor to Michigan City out to Mid Lake... The expiring warning has been replaced by a new Special Marine Warning, in effect until 245 PM CDT. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for northeastern Illinois...and the adjacent waters of Lake Michigan.
