Bulletin details

For the following areas... Lake Ontario from Hilton to Oswego... At 855 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 22 nm northwest of Sodus Bay to 8 nm south of Ontario On The Lake, moving east at 40 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots and large hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high winds and hail. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Oswego, Ontario Beach, Sodus Bay, Irondequoit Bay, Ontario On The Lake, and Fair Haven.
