Bulletin details

For the following areas... Lake Superior from Saxon Harbor WI to Upper Entrance to Portage Canal MI 5NM off shore to the US/Canadian border including Isle Royale National Park... At 102 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Rock of Ages Light to 25 nm southeast of Grand Portage Marina to 11 nm north of The Western Lake Superior Buoy, moving southeast at 30 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Rock of Ages Light.
