For the following areas... The Saint Lawrence River from Cape Vincent to Ogdensburg... At 302 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 31 nm northeast of Clayton to 7 nm north of Wellesley Island, moving southeast at 30 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Alexandria Bay, Wellesley Island, and Clayton.
