What is happening
An Arctic cold front is has been moving southeast from the Chukchi Sea today. Total snow accumulations of 2-6" is possible in the Brooks Range with less than an inch expected for most of the Eastern Arctic Coast. Periods of freezing drizzle are possible as the snow diminishes this afternoon and evening.
